The Capital Projects team are responsible for all project delivery associated with the University’s Capital Programme. This can range from minor works to large scale refurbishment and new build projects across every area of the Estate which can affect the entire spectrum of students and staff experience. Staff include Chartered Surveyors, Engineers, Project Managers, Architects and Health & Safety professionals.
Working closely with Faculties, Schools and other Directorates, the team demonstrate innovation, best practice and deliver value for money projects in order to deliver a world class sustainable campus and to improve the Queen Mary Estate and Experience.
