The Property and Space Management team have two services. Firstly to provide an Estates Management function to QMUL, managing property acquisitions and disposals, dealing with all aspects of lease obligations, including liaising internally and externally with landlords and tenants, ensuring the Estate is appropriately insured and all rating matters are addressed.
Secondly, to maintain the database of all space owned and occupied by QMUL, recording and reporting on the use of space by function and department, and supporting the Space Management Group and Estates Strategy Board to make informed decisions about the allocation and development of space.
