Residential Services (RS) combines a range of internal and external facing services that includes; Housing Services, Residential Support, Business Management, Security and the Westfield Nursery. The common focus of all of these services is to enhance the student experience and support the wellbeing of those who study, work or visit the university.
Residential Services supports QMUL 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and as well as managing the letting of accommodation and providing support and a safe home for students in QMUL halls. The Security Service provides a visible and reassuring presence across QMUL’s campuses while the Westfield Nursery allows students and staff to fulfil their roles while their children are looked after. The Business Management team ensures effective support on a range of business critical matters for EAF to function effectively including HR, Recruitment and Training.
